RecommendedHad a long list to purchase in a short amount of time. Each time we needed help, there was an associate nearby and available.
Curbside pickup took 50 minutes! Checked in online, no response. Called into store, no results. Went inside and was told wrong store (it wasn’t), order not paid(it was). Told understaffed, but I saw at least 10 associates walking/standing around. Was told someone pulled my ticket then went to lunch. RecommendedSo I went to Home Depot first to see what type of Tool boxes/chests they had. What they had was flimsy and I was going to buy it but when I went to talk to someone since it had a major dent in the front of it I couldn't get ahold of anyone when I was staring right at them. RecommendedTypical Lowe’s. No complaints.
It is unacceptable to be told “idk, this isn’t my department”. This happens twice on Thursday ~noon. All I hear was “Idc, this isn’t my department” and will NOT return to this location EVER. I don’t give 3 strikes bc that’s for baseball. Please, decide to close bc in my opinion your business is trash and customer service does not exist at this location. Buyer beware!!! I paid for a service to come out and measure my countertops, The measurements are then input into the computer so that when you go to Lowe’s you can order your countertops. I went to Lowe’s Wednesday evening to purchase new countertops a new sink and a new faucet only to find out no one was working in that department that night and no one else could help ,nor could they go in the computer and give me my measurements.
