RecommendedI stopped at Lowes to look at a washing machine today. I had been looking at q at Appliance Center. I walked back to the Appliance section and Jeff met me with a smile. Talk about great customer service, I would give that guy an A+++++++ grade. it's really great to see people that actually care to give good information to people and handle my purchase all the way yo the back of my pickup truck. Jeff had my vote for employee of the month.
I came in to spend my money at Lowe's in Sunnyvale, CA and NOT Home Depot intentionally this Sat waiting for customer service... called managers... staff could not seem to find anyone to assist us.we sat and sat at the $1600. Patio furniture I wanted to buy.No assistance. every staff person passed the buck as my very caring and calm husband got more and more frustrated. I went to lowes for a simple repair for my sprinklers and couldn't find one part I needed so after looking for 10 mins I went and found someone for help. The worker I talked to said ile 36 I replied can you show me please I have looked there, the worker said ile 36 and walks away to the front. Terrible customer service, it’s like they all decide to go to lunch at the same time kept wandering the isles trying to find an employee. Ridiculous.
I've been shopping at this lowes for over 30 years and just had the worst customer experience ever. I needed one 8ft section of vinyl flooring cut after 2 lowes employees told me they would get someone and 30 mins later the manager shows up and says he won't cut it for me. cause he doesn't have time. it's take 5 mins. and was really rude about it.
RecommendedThere was a malfunction on the register I used, and it ended up charging me when it shouldn’t have. Christy was GREAT and very patient when she helped me fix the problem…she called IT and was on the phone with them for a bit, then she was directed elsewhere. After about 45 minutes, the problem was fixed. Christy did a phenomenal job and was very professional and courteous the entire time.
