Lowe’s , I want you to make everybody that comes into your store to wear a mask or keep them out! My son has put up with this sence this started last year! Employees should not have to wear a mask and you are letting customers come in with out one this is not right and don’t single my son out for not having a mask on and then have to go and tell your other employees to put a mask on because they were not wearing one!!! Thank you
Tried to call Temple store to speak to a manager to complain about conduct of a delivery person. No one answered the phone. UNACCEPTABLE!

I thought they were better than Home Depot...boy was I wrong. Ordered a matched Washer/Dryer set in December 2020. Was told the Dryer would arrive and be delivered Feb 2021. Never received any phone calls or updates. We called today to find out the status of our order. Of course The dryer is now discontinued and we cannot get another dryer. RecommendedI think this Lowe's is okay, but a major concern last night while shopping there was that the parking lot lights were about 90% out, and with people walking around, employees walking with orders and such, and people parking in front of the entrance........it's an accident waiting to happen!
All of the employees I have ever encountered are so rude. This is why I always try to go to Home Depot. I asked am associate a question and the first rolled their eyes and then told me they didmt know about the product and walked off. I was in disbelief. The way the customers are treated is unacceptable.
If your Bob Villa and know everything their is to know about home improvement and can help yourself than this is the Lowes for you. if you are a basic white bish and don't know jack like me. then don't bother. I don't know why I keep going back to this Lowes. No one is ever available to help you and when they do they are always rude as hell
RecommendedIf anyone knows a Claire in management at Lowe's buy her a drink, send her good vibes, hug her, just anything good. She literally just made my day by resolving a warranty issue I've been dealing with for over a month. Amazing customer service! We need more people like her who actually care and take care of their customers
