Was not wanting to purchase appliances (stove, fridge, microwave) or even deal with this location due to previous issues there. Gf talked me into it and full of regrets. 1. Double billed for shipping when it should have been free. 2nd trip that day there corrected it. 3rd trip in the same day to correct shipping date promised and mistakenly changed by them. RecommendedOnce you get passed all of the rearranging and trying to find stuff, it’s all good.
Curbside service seems to get worse each time. having to wait 30 to 45 minutes for them to bring order out......if you don't have enough staff to have prompt curbside service then don't have it.....
Wow - absolutely appalled by this management team. I am a business owner who runs an extremely success dog training company that daily take our dogs to public exposure. We deal with dogs who are on death row and at risk of being put to death because of anxiety and aggression issues. We have a 100% success rate in turning around aggressive dogs , and it takes public environments like public parks and public places like Lowe’s and other chains (Home Depot, Bass Pro, Etc) not just our controlled facility. Hey Christina (manager) - Thanks for telling my husband, a disabled veteran, that he waited 40 mins to have someone help him load cement bricks in his truck because he chose not to load it himself so you prioritized someone you felt was more important.
Horrible customer service. My husband bought a washer in the morning and I picked it up that evening after work. The woman at the pick up station wasn't paying attention and chatting with a co-worker until the co-worker pointed me out. She was not familiar with the computer or the station. Waited 15 min to get helped. Guy who helped me said he wasn’t from that department. Showed him what I needed and that online said they had 40 in stock. He did absolutely nothing to help, didn’t look up to see if there was more didn’t look up inventory, he just looked at empty shelf and said nope don’t have it. Told me to get something else I didn’t need and walked away.
