Terrible customer service! Rude staff, dirty
The customer service is the worse I have ever seen
Never again. Second time we order online , and the receiving department can’t find it .....
You can never find anyone to help you,people working on the floor are always telling u this is not my dept and passing u to the next person a couple of aisles down,you always have to get loud and get a manager to get service!! These people working there seem to not understand where their checks come from! I’m done with them and will pay more elsewhere if that’s what it takes to never set foot in there again,it’s always the same!! This is the Opelousas,la store
I'm in line at this place for 10 minutes with TWO items--it's MY turn to spend money to keep the store afloat, and some kid in a Raiders' hat (figures) barks "This lane is closed! I'm closed!!" First off, their store is always ridiculous. Nobody ever asks customers if they want help. But today, they decided to just block my driveway on a delivery. Is it that hard to be courteous and park in front of your customers house and NOT the neighbors driveway? Was late to work thanks to this!
