Simply put...integrity. Burt was extremely helpful in explaining the refinance and delivered exactly what he had initially explained. I'm a very skeptical shopper especially with lenders/banks. He was up front with all of the details of my loan and spent the time answering all of my questions. Communication was key and he was on top of it when I called, emailed, or texted him. Couldn't be happier and saving $200.00 a month is nice too!

They were truthful and that is hard to find. They worked hard to get it done on time and they did. My wife and I wonder why this was never explained to us long ago? We plan to pay off this mortgage in 10 years or less and still have enough money left over to continue our remodeling. All should be done in that time frame. I recommend all Veterans with 30 year mortgages to go this way.
I was unsure at first but it did not take long to understand that this is for real. Everything they said they did. It was easy and I now have a mortgage with a much lower interest rate. I enjoyed the ability to have someone come to my home and do all of the paperwork at one time. Every time I called they were pleasant to talk to and were able to answer my questions quickly and with professional attitudes. Thanks for the help.

We recently closed on a VA refi expertly managed by lowVArates and couldn't be happier. Closing costs were fair and the whole process took roughly a month. Our highest praise would be for Jaren Ahlmann who took care of everything from soup to nuts... He made it very easy and he was extremely pleasant to work with... We would go with this company again in a heartbeat. P.S. Our lender was 360 Mortgage Group out of Austin, TX and we were very happy with them as well. Thank You Jaren!!!

This is our first time refinancing, we did the Hybrid Arm. The people we dealt with were very pleasant and very helpful. They really know there business. We had it all completed within 4 days. I recommend them to everyone.
