This is my second loan thru Low VA Rates Jed is a very good Loan Officer who worked with me and made the process quick and closed real fast.Explaining everything as we went. Absolutely incompetent and unable to complete the loan. The disclosures were wrong and the loan officer begged title company to accept the amount in order to close the loan. Needless to say the loan didn't close. Next they promised to discount the price and charge no fee for putting it off and telling me not to pay my mtg. All of this in writing. Finally couldn't get the numbers right. Went to a legitimate company to complete. Went to the President. Still couldn't get it done. Stay away from this company.
They made the refinance process super easy and quick. I will use them for anymore of our house buying/refinance process!! A++++ thank you guys so much!

We closed just before midnight on the 24th of May. Somebody in Michael Powell's office dropped the ball. After repeated texts and phone calls, around 7pm that night they finally had the paperwork put together and the earliest any public notary could get out here was 11pm. So we finally got close at 12:30 am. While talking to Michael Powell between 5 and 7 pm, he said that he would send me a $100 gift card from any place that I wanted for the inconvenience and for apologizing to me.
