Low VA rates was very good with us and I would do it again. Mr Murphy was right there with us on every step. Without him we would have had a hard time with the loan but he made it possible. If you don't trust the company then ask for Mr Murphy he explains everything right down to the penny. And when you think it's the end and your not going to make it he will get you back on track. This was my first experience doing business exclusively by email and online for a mortgage loan. My application was somewhat complex because the property I refinanced is in another state from my primary address and my residence during the loan application, approval and closing process. Porter Perkins was our specialist and he was very good at keeping my wife and I up to date on our loan. We had received an offer from another company and Low VA Rates gave us a better on interest and closing. If we ever refinance again I'm definitely going with Low VA Rates again. Dan G. was very helpful and helped me refi to 2.75% 30 year mortgage. Dan made several emails and calls to me and answered my calls. It helped that he was in a later time zone because I needed to work on this during the evening. My closing was Oct 25, but I'm still waiting for the escrows from the previous mortgage.
