I have to say this was one of the worst experiences I have had in my short time with mortgages. From submitting the request to get the mortgage to the completion was too long - Understand that I was behind on my mortgage for a month and caught up the next. It took over 2 months for the completion of the loan with multiple issues. Wrong amounts - incorrect amount to pay off old mortgage and wrong information provided to me from the loan officer about the energy efficient cashout.
