This is about the 10th or 11th Mortgage or refi that I have had in my lifetime. While it didn't actually go as quickly nor as smoothly as they had stated, overall it was one of the better experiences in mortgage lending (borrowing) that I have had. It took probably 2 to 3 times longer than they had quoted me...(about 2 weeks to fund was the quote)... It took 6 weeks +/-. However all of their other assertions held firm. This is a very friendly company to work with. They did a quick and complete revision of our VA loan. In 35+ years nobody told us about the many options available thru the VA. We sure did received some updated information from our NEW VA loan holder. I would recommend all VA loan holders to check out this company to see if you have better options with them. Very happy with our decision!
