My first re-fi on our current home. Our loan officer Joe Hong did an excellent job helping us get through the process. There were a few glitches along the way, but he got us through. Brought our current VA loan down over one hundred dollars a month. All in all very happy.

Overall it was a pretty easy smooth experience being my second or so refinance. They hooked me up with amazing rates, insurance, escrow and other things. Jo and his team were always there for me to answer anything even on their time off. Some things could gone better like the notary I got etc. But they got me the closing eta I asked for.
