I started by contacting 3 different VA lenders and VA Low Rates was the only one that responded. I also did my research to find out about this company, I searched the BBB and they had not complaints and had a A+ rating. This was my first VA loan and it went great. I would recommend them to anyone. I have always had a conventional loan but decided that since my wife and I decided to stay in our home for the next 15-20 years that we would just remodel and make it our own.
