My client has missed 3 closing dates and we still cannot get a direct answer on why the closing docs have not been sent to the attorney's office! I've emailed everyone I can find on the internet in leadership and have yet to get a call or email back. Aweful! And they are suppose to look out for military families? Both the buyer and seller are military. Wow!

As another comment stated, the company could and have been at pretty decent and also the company has been awful in another situation. To be objectively critical and fair, "Low Va Rates" may perhaps been above decent across the board. For only myself, they have been quite effective and successful for me and yet this time around they have been deplorable with me. Great people to work with on a loan. They know what they are doing and help you any way they can. They basically take care 90% of work. Mostly can be taking of on the phone. I personally give them 5 stars and high recommendation.

Low VA rates was very good to us. This was our first VA loan and would definitely recommend them to all veterans. I remember my husband being deployed for so many years and would wonder what our future will be like? Great experience from day one to closing. Love the "funny", but informative videos as we worked through the process. Great team effort, great staff, with Garrett leading the charge. More businesses need to follow the pattern established by Garrett and his team.
