Began my 3d mortgage yesterday, with Low VA Rates!!!!!
The entire process was quick and easy and run very professionally. I knew what to expect each step of the way. I provided some essential information at the beginning of the process, and after that Low Va Rates took care of everything. We closed in 14 days!

This was our 4th refi. It was not as quick as I would have like but it was worth the wait! Andy and his staff kept us updated every step of the way!

This was our first refi on our house. Timeframe got extended because there was a hang-up that could have been taken care of faster if we had been contacted after a couple days instead of a week and a half. There were several times when the company communication amongst themselves could have been better. A couple times we were asked for the same items already submitted to another employee, or our information was overlooked after we had already provided it.
