They were very honest and they did everything they said they would. They closed on time. This is my second time I did a refi with them and both experiences were just as they advertised. Plan on doing it agaIn soon.

This was my second refi. It took a lot longer than my first one, but the process went fairly smoothly. They need to have a little better communication amongst themselves though, as I was asked to do the exact same activity multiple times by multiple different people. It got to be a little frustrating when my availability to respond to their requests was limited and the timeframe to close got extended. Plus I had an issue with my insurance being changed over well before they were even remotely ready to close, which angered my... read more

I was surprised and impressed when Low VA Rates contacted me and I found that I could receive a 1.25 percent lower interest rate. Other lenders told me that I did not have my orignal loan long enough to qualify for a refi to a lower rate. All that Low VA Rates promised was fulfilled. The down side was in order to get the lower rate, I had to switch to an ARM. When I considered my situation and age, the ARM appeared to be a smart move. A big thank you to Rob and team.
