Low VA rates is a predatory company that preys on our military. I just had a horrible experience with them and as the months went by I discovered much of what they told me was nothing but deceitful lies. Don't get me wrong 95 percent of what they tell you will be accurate it's the other 5 percent of lies and deceit that will get you. Now let me be clear every situation is different so my circumstance for wanting to refinance will be different from the next person. William if this is how you feel then this is your truth. We learned once that feelings are not right or wrong, they just are. We are sorry that we’ve made you feel this way. Your rate on your purchase was much higher and that is why you did not have to pay as many fees. We make it clear to al our clients they can take a higher rate and less fees. Our YouTube station has a few amazing videos on this. We will continue to try and rectify this for you.
Not my first refi.It was the fastest without a doubt. Everything went well with no changes Last time with another company the interest rate was not exactly what was quoted. This time it was exactly what I was quoted and went very smooth. It is nice when you can count on people to do what they say at the price they quote and in the time frame they tell you. I dont know why anyone would not go with LOW VA RATES they beat the competition by a mile. Thanks Guys Robert R

I appreciate them they did all they could do to accommodate my request which was assist me in getting me approved for the energy efficient program that allowed me to get a new air conditioner and New Vapor Barrier and siding on my back of my house and also my rate dropped as well to 2.25% so I am very pleased
