This was my first experience doing business exclusively by email, online, and telephonically for a mortgage loan. Eric closed on my loan, he and his team were very good about telling me what they needed and why. As soon as I provided what they asked they responded to let me know it was received. First time refinancing, and low va rates made it a pleasurable experience. When everyone else was offering one rate, low va rates offered the lowest rate out of everyone. Signing was flawless, the notary came out to me at 8pm for my convince. I would definitely recommend anyone that qualifies for a VA loan to try low va rates.
