Clair Semrad, Haley Rawlings and rest of his team is a great team to work with on getting my refi done. They took the time to explain the process, gave an accurate schedule on how long each step of the process takes. For my case, they projected 3-4 weeks for completion and they got it done in 2 weeks. Great job folks! Thanks for everything and getting my rate and monthly payment lowered!

Amazing group to work for. My loan agent (Zac Griffith) was extremely reliable!! If i had a question on anything, he contacted me back within the hour, even late night. Highly recommend to any Veteran looking to refinance. A++

My experience was quick and easy. I was only asked to get together a few documents and Michael Burns took care of the rest. He was available by email and phone to answer my questions until I gained understanding. Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout this process. They promise you things and then don't live up to their agreement. My name is Curtis Henson. I was approached by phone by Ryan Sawyer of the New York branch. Told me I would get my escrow back in which I did. Also told me I would get 2 months skipped payments. After a week or so I was told it was 1 skipped payment. They drug their feet and I had to make May 1st payment to my mortgage company. We closed June and I found out I had to pay 1008.00 at closing?? I just finished up my refi with dane christianson. He was great was very attentive. He answered all of my questions and he made sure i understood what i was signing. I definitely would recommend him!!
