Execellent service. Ben Reber helped us with our refinance and we couldn't be happier.
Everything was going very good at first. Zac was very friendly. We had another company we was looking into. We told Zac we have changed our mind and wanted to back out. He sent us a very unprofessional email and then bad mouth the other company and told us to ask them to break down the numbers for the life of the loan and we would see that Low VA Rates is cheaper. Do not believe what these people tell you at least that ws my experience trying to refinance as a veteran. I ws told I could miss Aug. and Sep. payment then was told I had to make Aug payment which I did. Next I was told I could miss Sept. And Oct. payment. Just rceive call telling me I would have to make Sept. and Oct. Payment before they would refinance. Four months to refinance after being told only two months. ALL I CAN SAY IS BEWARE. Now I may lose my house!
Low Va loans got me a Hybrid loan at 1.75% interest. I could not be happier with the speed and hassle free way they processed my loan. They are truly amazing.

VA Low Rates did get me a good loan, But that is where it ends. Countless mailings and emails but not a person that you can talk too. Seems like once they make their commission then they really don't care. I get it now, if they can't make any more money off of me then they don't have time. Kinda sad really in this day and age. Veterans, your just a source of another commission with these guys.
