Lynn McDonald was our loan officer and he was fantastic. Lynn was very, very thorough. He explained everything to us and we received everything just as he laid it out to us. I sometimes felt very dumb when calling to ask the simplest question, however he was always available to assure me that my concern were well taken care of. We were very happy with how quick and smooth the refinancing process was! We were initially told that we could expect to close in 5-8 weeks...we ended up closing 3-4 weeks!

I worked with Zac to do a refinance in July 2016 when working with another company didn't work out. He was professional and responsive every step of the way. I would recommend him and Low VA Rates.

We had Zac as our loan officer and everything went exactly as he said it would. I first chose a no cost loan for 3.25 but the cost was so minimal to get the loan to 2.75 we went with that loan. We just closed so it will be a few weeks or so to receive our escrow money from our old mortagage company. I am 60 and not very computer savvy so Zac helped walk me through the e-verify for e-signatures. Thanks Zac - will call you again if we concinder refinancing but at 2.75 I don't think you will be hearing from us.
