These people are great to work with , they take the time to annalyse your credit problems, help you fix them; and really help you get the necessary requirements for your loan .I recommend them to all veterans who have not worked with them

I got great deal, BUT it was only after doing a little shopping and hustling. They gave up on me and said they couldn't match USAA, so I said ok thanks where is my money you guys promised if you couldn't match. And real quick they could help me. I felt they didn't get to me as soon as I old have liked. I got a great deal, only reason I gave them 3 stars is because of what I had to do in order to get that deal. If they fought really hard to match or get me the deal I got from the beginning I would have given them 5 stars.

I started my loan with VA Rates last September so that we would have some extra cash for the holidays. I was told to wait on October payment; but after late fee was assessed in October, I was told to make payment, but to not worry about late fees. Then November was same story, only this time problems blamed on poor intern and govt. changes. Then December, same story. And Now January...wait for it...same story. I received a bunch of flyers and called each one to find someone who could help me and give me information about this whole IRRL process. I spoke with Zac Griffith and he was great. Easy to talk to, had a lot of good information, wasn't pushy and really wanted me to make the best choice for my family. I had a great experience with Low VA Rates. I talked to 2 other companies but I never felt I was getting the answers I needed. They made me very wary. I worked with Tyler Burns and Kami. They never put me off when I asked questions and I had many. We worked together for over 2 months to get a package that I felt comfortable with. So Tyler Theobald's office decided to change my information with MY home owners insurance when all I was looking for was a quote. I never made up my mind to get any loan from them. I only gave permission to run the numbers. Imagine my suprise when I get a letter in the mail stating that my lein holder had changed on my insureance paperwork.
