RecommendedWe completed a refinance with Low VA Rates. The process was seamless and pain free. The entire process went through very quickly and we were able to close in less than a month. We had a good experience with this company. They worked hard in getting the right loan for what we needed and was very fast in responding to us if we had any questions. Amy Blauser was our loan officer and she was very informative and very precise in telling us everything we needed to do to get our loan completed. We will definitely use Low VA Rates again if we need them for any loans for our future needs.

Overall a good experience and good service. Was told it would take less time to get refinanced than my original loan and it ended up taking much longer. Almost a month longer. However I did get the rate promised and it was quite good and now I’m saving money. Overall a good experience.

Excellent customer service! Our lender was quite difficult to work with, but Eric & Stacy Bunch were on top of it the entire way. I can highly recommend Low VA rates - this was our second refi with them and the service was great both times.
