RecommendedChris and his team were outstanding. Refinancing a loan is usually a painful process consisting of endless "please provide information" requests. Chris requested everything he needed and once he got it moved quickly to close the loan. There were some issues with the lender they had chosen and in the end LowVaRates funded the loan to end the shenanigans. Chris and his team were timely, professional, and very easy to work with. This has been the worst decsion and company to work with!! I was to do a VA stream line and was told we would close in 3 weeks and I could skip 2 payments!! The only thing that has happeb is one delay after another!! Rates went up and so did their fees!! Check around before using this company!! I know have late fees from mortgage company!! Doesn't seem like anyone knows what they are doing and just praying on the VA for a quick buck!!
Dave did an excellent job of keeping me informed throughout the entire process...I am enjoying my monthly savings

Patrick was wonderful!! He was extremely patient with us even when we called him 15 times in one day to ask questions. He got us the lowest rate. If and when we refinance we will not be going anywhere else but to Patrick Steenburg!!

Today VA RATE REDUCTION CERTIFICATION Previous Loan 3.75% Proposed Loan 2.25%. 1.50% difference. Now we can put that back into the economy and vacation planning. Thank you Low VA Rates.
