I have to admit, after receiving several solicitations in the mail (all from various companies) to refinance, reduce my APR and ultimately my mortgage payment, I was somewhat skeptical. I called my (then) current lender to see if they would do an IRRRL, and yes, they would have but wanted to charge outrageous closing and admin fees. I received an invitation to refinance from Low VA Rates, about a week after I had closed on my new home, just for curiosity I called and it came as a surprise that they would be able to work with me even before I made my first payment, not only my rate drop from 4.5 to 2.25 but I got to skip my payments until Aug. No need to say how please I am with the professionalism that they demonstrated and the care for us the Veterans, their staff is great and I will like to recognize Andy Dame he is very professional and caring person... read more
