This has been the worst experience ever for us. We started the refinance process in February 2015. Our mortgage holder at that time was Chase. We went with a 15 year fixed rate with an Energy Efficient Mortgage. First we were told to not make our March and April mortgage payments to Chase. Then the screw-ups happened.
