I was skeptical when I first contacted Low VA Rates but Kevin Spradling and his wife Carli were very honest and forthcoming about the company and I felt comfortable dealing with them. He answered all of my questions so I could make an informed decision. I consider him a friend now and know that he will always be looking for my best interests.

I had a great experience with my refi. Nate and his team were on the ball and very thurough through the entire process. I was extremely skeptical at first but after talking to Nate and having him explain the details I had no problem proceeding. We closed in about a 6 weeks and even had the closing at my house with a mobile notary. Very professional and great service.

Unbelievable how much integrity this company lacks, now I'm upset so I'm biased and when I say company, all I have had the misfortune of working with is Ricky Nelson and his staff. Don't make promises you can't keep, and do not mess with people around the holidays. Your lack of professionalism cost my family over 300.00 in late payments and the stress caused by " underwriting being backed up" around the holidays.
