A super Thank You to Low Va Rates. Hubby and I have been trying to refinance for awhile and I received yet another flyer in the mail to refinance. The key about refinancing when you have a VA loan is to only refinance with a VA approved business. Our prayers were answered when I called and in little and no time we were approved and settled. Low VA Rates were able to assist me in refinancing my home to a 15 yr mortgage and get me a 3.25% interest rate. I worked with a gentleman by the name of Ammon Carlson and he was not only very professional but very knowledgeable about the market and providing me different options so I would be able to make the best decision when it came to my finances.
