Our tour guide (I think her name was Teegan) was very entertaining and informative. Would definitely recommend! Even my 10 & 13 year olds enjoyed it and remembered some of the history info she provided
I've lived in Rochester my whole life and never knew this was here- what a gem! Sara (no h!) was a great tour guide- lots of good info/history, the caves and tunnel were very cool- I highly recommend this tour!
Bucket list check-off!! We did the lantern tour with Alexander (not Tom!) as our guide!! He was very knowledgeable and entertaining. It's just amazing what REAL manual labor accomplished at a time of non power equipment. The only issue I had was the stair climb at the end. Take the tour! Take your kids!! Thank you Alexander!

Excellent tour experience blending Erie Canal and Lockport history with geology and hydraulics. Our guide Page was great!
Took my nephews from out of town! 11 & 12. They really enjoyed. Next yr I'll do the canal cruse I did that for my wedding that's wonderful as well my guest loved it!

My husband and I took the tour last Wednesday. The staff that greeted us was very helpful and friendly. The tour guide, unfortunately I can not remember his name, was very knowledgeable, friendly and knew the caves since he was little. He was attentive to waiting for everyone to catch up, he was clear and easy to understand. His touches of humour were appreciated. Seeing these caves, gives a full appreciation for history. Totally enjoyable tour!
