Located along the Lockport section of the Erie Canal, this amazing underground boat ride is unique. Using a custom-built flat-bottom boat, visitors go on a half-mile trip through a man-made hydraulic raceway cut out of solid rock, the work of 19th-century genius Birdsill Holly— the man who gave the world the fire hydrant and zoned steam heat. Accompanied by a guide and trained operators, the 1 1/4-hour ride is thrilling and perfectly safe.

A terrific tour. Very educational and entertaining even for my 7 year old.
Loved it. Perfect way to end our trip to Niagara Falls
Took the tour yesterday. Zack was ok as a guide but young and didn't know very much. Couldn't answer too many questions although he had a few corny jokes. The tour was unremarkable walking through some narrow pathways without much to see. I feel like I wasted my time and money. Spend your time and money taking the canal boat ride through the locks. That was an enjoyable hour and a half where we had a great time and learned a lot from a knowledgeable guide.

Zach is an amazing tour guide! The trip was great!
Our tour guide Ken was so funny! The tour covered both the locks and the cave. The age range of our group was 5-75, and no one had any trouble keeping up with the walking. It was more than I had expected it to be. If you're in Niagra Falls area it's worth the short drive over!
Cool historical tour. Anthony was a great guide. He was kknowledgeable and funny too. The cave was cool and peaceful. Boat ride was the best part. Can't wait for the zip line to be completed!
