Would give 0 stars if I could.It takes ***** days to close a loan. My home purchase was delayed and they didn't provide any financial compensation.The loan agent is rude, ghosting, being super rude talking over the phone. Be good to yourself and choose another company.

Not at all happy with our loan refinance experience with Loan Depot. When we reached out for help and explanations via email our inquiries were completely ignored. From the initial telephone conversation with Loan Depot we explained the reason for our refinance was to split off a vacant lot from the lot containing our home so we could sell the vacant lot. We were told that would be "NO PROBLEM" but after we closed on the loan then we were advised that we had to wait a year before we could get a partial lien release to sell t... read more

The initial contact was great. Loan officer was helpful and knowledgeable. Once the loan was passed to the processor it went down hill. Correspondence is poor, attention to detail is poor, did not seem to know what was going on with the account and everything is last minute. This was a 45 day escrow and they are still trying to finish up paperwork on the last day to try and close. I am buying land and an additional house after we close. I keep reading mixed reviews, but this company helped me refinance with total ease. My funds were deposited straight into my account in about a week. They really do all the hard work, and you just have to sit back and relax. The agents I worked with were very kind and personable.
