Friendly when first making contact. Went downhill from there. Numerous delays on Loan Depot's end and then that wanted to raise the price of my loan fees because the market had changed. Took over FOUR MONTHS to get the loan done. They were slow to respond, forgot to send necessary paperwork to the company with my second mortgage. Seemed delay was planned to get more money out of me. Be careful and continual stay on them to get things done.

Where to begin! I would give no stars if that were an option, however, one will do. We recently refinanced our house and were pleasantly surprised at our new Monthly Mortgage Payment. In fact, we asked numerous times while signing paperwork if it was the correct amount and they continued to confirm that it was. So far LoanDepot has been great, and is a wonderful company. I have only talked with *******, but he is a wonderful person and has made things so easy. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking to buy or refinance a home.

Applied with Better Rocket and Loan Depot and my loan was funded timely with Loan Depot. Very professional not misleading like one lender. Process very stream lined. Didn't get close to closing and asked for additional information. Everything that was required for funding was requested upfront no surprises.

Fall of 2021 we completed a cashout refinance. Two hours before closing the cash back to borrower was dropped by $3762 for property taxes. Property tax **** is actually $3287. LoanDepot has refused to explain where the other $475 went, despite several emails to our Loan Processor *************************** and his supervisor ***********************. ****** also failed to respond to emailed questions early in the loan process. My loan officer knows his stuff he was very nice to me because he knew I had a horrible experience with Amerisave, they are awful. ******* was attentive and I received the payment I asked for without any ********* would do business with him again. I paid off all my bills and feel great ! Thank you Loan Depot for evrything , I am looking forward to signing my new loan!
