Used them for a Cash Out Refinance... every team member I dealt with was very helpful through the entire process. My favorite part was how communicative they were every step of the way so I was never in the dark as to what was coming next.

Training is completely lacking. Management doesn't help at all. This company doesn't have any idea how to function, train, teach, or help their employees or customers. People are constantly quitting. The pay is good but the stress is not worth it and if you are a new hire noone has your back or will give you any appreciation or value you as an employee or help you as a customer.

I had a terrible experience with Loan Depot. They dropped my application when the contact person went on vacation and had to reopen my loan with a new account number when she returned but failed to contact me about this until I made a query about the LACK OF COMMUNICATION. VERY POOR!! Communication skills and lack of knowledge on loans. I explained to the loan consultant that I already had an appraisal a couple of days ago, and he agreed I probably wouldn't need another one. I did give my card info for the AGREED amount of ***** to the lock-in rate.
