Everyone I worked with was professional, competent, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They took a rather complex experience and turned it into a very easy effort to get to the desired endpoint. I would hire them again!
Loandepot who is super fast has their officers knew what they were doing quick callbacks answered any question I had no small or complicated no question Was ignored. Start to finish it did not take long. I was very pleased with the whole process.

I consider loanDepot to be the number one In mortgage refinancing. This is my third home and third time refinancing a home. This time it was done in an accurate and very short time. Hooray! loanDepot.
On my initial contact with Loan Depot the rep put a figure out there of $50,000 cash back.That fit what I was looking for and I told him that if he could get that amount as cash back I would enter into the refinance process.The process itself is difficult. But throughout I kept getting estimates and updates that showed cash out at well below the initial number that had drawn me into working with this lender. I would receive emails assuring me that the $50,000 number was going to be achieved. But in the end it was not achieve... read more
