This was our first time using LoanDepot. I would use them again if need be. The folks we worked with were efficient, returned our calls and questions in a timely manner, and patient with explanations. One or 2 small hiccups at the end but all is well.
Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The loan was completely finished in a timely manner.
I will never deal with LoanDepot again. The sales people were friendly and helpful. The underwriters were stubborn and never called me back. The underwriters kept asking for something that doesn't exist. When I requested that they call me back so I could explain, they never did. The other issue is that I have enough in my *** to cover the loan I was requesting, but I didn't want to take the hit from the **** The loan % is less. The process seemed to take forever ,but in the end it was all worth the wait. Im so excited I got the home of my dreams at an excellent price. The communication was efficient ,even though the emails got a little confusing with the numbers and pricing. The agent explained the everything well enough for me to trust the process. All I can say is that it all worked out for the best. Im forever thankful.
