Easy process. However, the numbers kept changing and had to do two closings because they did not update the wifes name on the documents. The payment did not change, but the fees that we were owed and paid kept changing. Even after closing, we still got emails and mail stating different amounts that were owed. You end up dealing with two different people in the loan process and the first guy advise what our closing cost would be and that changed by a lot. ***** was awesome. I can say she was the only reason I stayed with the refinance. The rest of the picture is not kosher. It took a month and half to close. I had to make two car payments and house payment before things went through. Numbers changed 3 times on summaries and what I had to bring to table. Had to sign paperwork twice. Not my fault...I questioned that, did not my wife have to sign. Even though I questioned the payments I made for car and house... Still sent a check from original payoff. The quality of service is un common now a days. ************* exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything from the accuracy of our original estimated closing fees to the constant feed back on status & every step of progress.
