Smooth process. I knew what Loan Depot would ask for and kept information at the ready. From start to finish no bumps to jump over. Each team member performed their job function well, very knowledgable staff.
Took my money and ran. They talk the talk but couldn't walk the walk. Read reviews before calling them. Wouldn't refund my appraisal money when my application was not approved. I'm thinking they're working with the appraisal company and splitting half. You wonder why America is so corrupted. Big companies like LoanDepot taking money from hard working people. *************************** is the worst rep I've ever conversated with.
Not happy with the refinance, but moving forward, the new interest rate is less than 1% . Helpful yes,but not in line with other offers. Although, they were NOT fully explored because of obvious issues determental to the credit report.One never knows how these decisions are made and if there are bias to location,ethnicity and/or other covert information. No I am not at all relieved, by the offer or the process.
What a great experience we had with loandepot from start to finish. Professional, perssonable,, and expedient.
Great interest rate. HORRIBLE customer service. The amount of cash we needed to close changed at least four times and ended up being over $8000 more than the original quote. The last increase was over $2000 in the 2-3 days prior to closing. Such a bait and switch!
Very professional. Communication was beyond excellent. Guided me through the process and kept me informed along the way.
