I had a cash out refinance on my paid off home due financial constraints resulting from the Co-vid 19 pandemic. I had a streamlined experience from start to finish. Everyone was courteous, professional and explained everything satisfactorily. There were a few frustrating moments, but you must remember the guidelines and regulations that they are required to operate within. No better feeling than getting the final approval and dispersion of funds. I gladly recommend them.
It was an interesting experience and not at all uncomfortable. The team of people at Loan Depot know what they are doing and do their best to make the entire process of refinancing as seamless as possible. I highly recommend Loan Depot for refinancing and/or new home purchase.

My loan processor, ********************* and another representative, *** Kucinich, were absolutely phenomenal. They kept us up to date every step of the way, were very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and highly responsive. Loan Depot had us in and out of refinance in less than 30-days, and even after the main part of the process was complete, they were happy to answer any residual questions. I had a recommend this company for all your home loan needs.
Promised to match and compete with any written offer. Once offer was submitted refused to do so saying "we would decline to match/ beat your current offer"
Honest, simple, and quick. We had no problems and the process was pretty easy. Everyone we dealt with presented themselves as professionals.
