When I was first contacted by Loan Depot I was a little skeptical as many scams are formulated by scammers daily online. My experience was amazing as everything was conducted online, a new experience for me. After my accepting this new way of doing refinancing I realized that the only difference was not meeting the Account Managers in person. Everything was conducted professionally and I was informed every step of the way. Thank you Christopher and Duong.
My loan Officer, Franco L****** and Administrator, Alyssa Seltzer were outstanding in their serviced professionalism. My application became a complicated one with a death in the family right in the middle of the process, but these folks at Laondepot.com came through and delivered on every promise, and then some.
