I used LoanDepot to refi last year. The whole process was smooth and stress free from beginning to end, and they saved me a bunch of money. I was told they would contact me if they could get me a lower rate, something I had completely forgotten about. When Dave S******* called me out of the blue with that offer, I nearly thought it to be a scam. Well, longer story short-they saved me a bunch of money again. Loan Depot made the mortgage process very simple they explained everything step by step and if there was an issue on my end they were very understanding and willing to help as much as they could I would definitely recommend them to any family member friends if you are considering and buying or refinancing a home mortgage Home Depot is one of the better options

Dear Sir or Madam, our experience with the loandepot for our REFI was excellent. Especially Harry O** & Oz O**** went way past of what was required to make sure everything worked out correctly and they answered all questions in an extremely timely manner. I am extremely unhappy with the service I am currently receiving. we have been going through the Los Litigation process for more than 3 months now and keep getting the run around.....in the meantime, our house went into foreclosure. OUR REFINANCE PROCESS WITH LOANDEPOT HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. WE HAD TO PAY AN UPFRONT $500 FEE FOR APPRAISAL. IT TOOK THEM ONE MONTH TO EVEN GET AN APPRAISER TO COME TO OUR HOME. WE LIVE IN RURAL NORTHERN MAINE AND I UNDERSTAND THE APPRAISAL BUSINESS IS FAR AND FEW HOWEVER THIS TIMELINE WAS UNACCEPTABLE. FURTHERMORE, ONCE WE DID RECEIVE OUR APPRAISAL REPORT OUR HOME WAS SEVERELY UNDERVALUED. We had a mortgage with Loan Depot and were so happy with the service we received from them, when we refinanced, we elected to refinance with them again. It took exactly 3 weeks from the first phone call to the day we closed. A great company to do business with! Professional all the way!
