I have nothing negaive to report. From the first contact to the last contact with all people I had contact with, was done in a friendly and positive way. All questions and concerns I had were addressed and answered in a professional way. Making me feel confortable with the whole process was always there.

Refinancing a home in today's world can be a challenging endeavor as companies compete to earn your business. Great communication from this lender. They refinanced my home mortgage and it was a smooth and pleasant process the whole way through. They worked with the Veterans’ Adminstration as well. They sent a local notary to my house on a Saturday to do the closing even! Outstanding service!
