My experience with Loan Depot was exceptional service especially with Lou W******* and Frank V******. There were a few hiccups along the way (HARVEY 2017) but both gentlemen persevered through the process resulting in a successful refinance. My sincere appreciation for a job well done - great customer service!

This company reached out to me 10/17/2017. I did a survey online that morning on wanting to refinance my home. The loan officer called me while I was at work to start application. He did not have my undivided attention and I was unsure if this was a good time to do this. His greedy thirsty behind assured me I could get the process started by e-signing on the phone. BEWARE!!! I would avoid this company like the plague. They make promises and fail to deliver. I had to do a lot of groundwork making calls trips etc to try and get things moving. As soon as something was requested I had it to them in minutes and still nothing happened. I'd send them correspondence and ask questions in emails and then got nothing or at best an "ok" as a response. Awful customer service, I cannot in good conscience give them anything better than a 1 star. Just poor service.

After being told our condo was not approved for govt. lending, Adam took a 2nd look and found that indeed it was approved. He was able to help us roll all our debt into the mortgage, which allowed us to realize a positive net cash flow of over 1100 per month. Shawna turned the docs around in less than 2 weeks, and our mobile closer was more than professional. THANK YOU!!!
