I had a very great experience with Loan Depot on a refinance. The customer service was highly professional and the closing took place less than a month. Alan Y*, Financial Banker was very educationall, personal, and took time explaining the process and answered any and all questions that I had. Vanessa Carosco, Account Manager was also friendly, professional and informative as well.as well.

If you are selling and buying a house at the same time, do NOT go through LoanDepot! My loan consultant was Steven O****. I was purchasing a new house with a builder, and the builder recommended LoanDepot with an offer of paid closing costs and interest rate matching. Their online reviews were very nice. I filled out an online survey to see if I qualified for a HARP Refinance loan, and the calls started coming in. I had done a survey that went to home loan companies. The first call came from Yousuf S*** from Loan Depot, and I told him that I was only 'Window Shopping and I was not ready to start the refi process. Mr S*** asked questions and I gave the info, but again told him, i was not ready to start the refi process. contacted loan depto for a refinance loan long story short . they are layers deceivers the drug me on for about 6 weeks an changed every thing that was said at the beginning ?J.E has a pretty sharp tongue will tell you all you want to hear .at the end of the day these guys are a joke again LAYERS,AN DECEIVERS!! get this at THE beginning my loan cost started at over 6000 dollars then went up to over 8000 then back to over 6000 . Loan Depot Has Awesome Customer Service, I enjoyed doing business with them..
