I am extremely satisfied with Loan Depot. They helped me I refinance my home removing my PMI and decreasing my mortgage by over $1000 a month. Because I was an loan Depot costumer there was a discount on closing costs that was cheaper than other outside companies would charge. Loan Depot experience on re-finance was excellent. They were on top of the process from start to finish and the cost to refinance was half of what we paid to our previous mortgage company.
Loan Depot kept it simple and to the point. Their website was informative and simple to use. It was nice to be able to keep up with the loan process online,instead of waiting on phone calls or running back and forth to sign or deliver documents. I can honestly say that LoanDepot is the only loan company in the past 10 years that I have been able to use to secure a fixed-rate mortgage loan. Loan Depot is amazing. We had been told by others our refinancing couldn't be done on a VA loan, due to a problem in the past. Well, David D****, our Lending Officer, gave us new hope.
