nothing but problems with them. no one returns phone calls. after a lot of time on the phone I got an e-mail saying I do not qualify. Someone should know right away if I do or I don't. Not happy at all

On Aug 17, 2017 I submitted an application online. Fairly quickly I was receiving a call asking about my submission. I was transferred to **** and he asked me some questions to verify information I had on the application. I didn't want my credit pulled right away until I was certain that I would qualify for the loan. I provided him with my approx credit score, income, expenses and details about the Refi I was looking for. He then told me I would definitely qualify based on the info I gave him.
