Fantastic experience. Our loan was slightly complicated and it took a bit of time and effort- not extremely difficult, but more than normal. The reps from LoanDepot were with me the whole time and always kept me up to date with any developments. It was really a good experience.

I found this company amazing to work with. I cannot imagine anyone not having a great experience with them. I worked with Randall and Brandon and let me tell you the service was TOP notch! They always responded within 24 hours (usually much sooner). They went above and beyond to answer all questions and on top of that did it with a great attitude. These comments are related to t process involved to finalize my mortgage with Loan Depot. It is important to note here I am a one hundred percent disabled veteran therefore most often to m knowledge I am the exception to the rules applied to mortgages throughout, and it sometimes requires the company to be familiar with the benefits derived not only being a veteran but with the benefits derived from one that is one hundred per cent. I recently refinanced my home with Loan Depot. I was a little skeptical about doing a transaction like this online but was pleasantly surprised by the service they provided. The entire process was seamless I got a great rate and the fees were incredibly low. I would highly recommend Loan Depot.

LoanDepot.com in my opinion is a 5-star company. They are very professional in a discipline of doing on-line loan applications. They are always available to support any and all questions one might have in completing the already complex business of obtaining approval for a loan. Since the loan application process has been more demanding in obtaining data and meeting approval requirements, they have demonstrated a top-notch outfit to work with.
