Loan depot officers are knowledgeable and thorough, always there to explain what ever you need to know. Very polite and keeps you informed of what's going in. I would use them again and also refer as a top notch loan co.

Please look elsewhere to get a loan. This company drags you in and then doesn't get the job done. Horrible experience trying to get a loan done after weeks of paperwork. Not a company that I would ever do business with again. They only call back when they feel like it.

I have used Loan Depot twice now for a refinance for home improvements. My credit has blemishes on it but they were able to get me approved for an FHA loan with PMI insurance. 5 months later- I had improved my credit score and they were able to get me into a conventional loan saving me thousands and I was able to cash out from the home improvements the first time.
