Our experience with LoanDepot for the refinancing process was exceptional. Our contact with Leslie N***** from the start to finish of the project was very good. Leslie took her time with us and explained the process perfectly. The whole procedure took less than a month to complete. I would recommend LoanDeport and Leslie N***** without reservation.

Loan Depot has told us false statements in order to agree to refinance through their company. After 2 months, 3 account managers and $700 dollars their initial estimates on both homes being refinanced were $30,000 less then we were initially promised. We lost $350 of the $700 fee due to misguided appraisals. We were then told we would need an additional $7000 to close our loans. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are less then helpful and have put my family at risk of foreclosure!

Do NOT attempt to do business with these people! Everything seems like it's a scam with this business. They kept dragging out the loan process knowing we weren't going to get approved for the loan. It's supposed to take 48 hours for you to get the results on the appraisal of your property, it took two weeks! I wasted alot of time and money that I didn't have with these people. I had a good experience with my refinancing through Loan Depot. I had a few surprises that I did not know existed until it came up through the refinance. There were liens and pay offs that needed to happen that I did not know about but they informed me about everything and let me know what was going to change. They kept me in the loop the whole time. My experience with Loan Depot was excellent, the Licensed Lender officer explained everything to me, answered all my questions and was very understanding.
