My spouse and I recently refinanced our home with Loan Depot. We refinanced with a VA loan. We were pleasantly surprised at how efficient the people at Loan Depot were and how easy they were to work with! Everyone was so helpful and walked us through the process. Everyone I had worked with at the Loan Depot of my mortgage refi were outstanding. They were there to help me though the process by keeping me informed, I would post documents to them and with in the day they were in the packet. The team works with from cradle to grave as they say to get the job done.
