My husband & I re-financed our home with Loan Depot. Nick V******* was our Lending Officer. He was both courteous and helpful. We are Sr. citizens and Mr. V******* helped us thru the electronic filing and was very patient with us. He kept us informed every step of the way. I have been a customer with LoanDepot since November 2015, always on-time, never missed a payment. Recently, I've been experiencing financial difficulty. I contacted LoanDepot via telephone and email to see what provisions/options they provide. The response I received was "We received your inquiry and we do not offer any options on this account. A smooth mortgage re-fi with loan Depot. Fast and easy. They arranged for an appraiser to come out right away and reimbursed me for the appraisal fees. They consolidated first and second mortgage for me into one plus paid off several credit cards. And I got several thousand in cash back at closing. Closing was convenient as they sent a Notary Public to my home at a day and time of my choosing. Overall, a good experience.

I am so glad I contacted loanDepot for my home refinancing. My first contact was with Sarah E******, lending officer and she was very pleasant to work with. I was then transferred to Christine A****** Sr Account Manager who worked tirelessly to help me fund my loan. I believe that she went above and beyond to help me. BEWARE! We are currently involved in a bank to get a home equity line of credit. Hearing about Lending Tree, we thought we would check with them to see if we are involved with a good deal. We were contacting the list when within the first minute we got the call from LoanDepot! Being in the process already, we knew what we wanted. The guy gave the sale pitch.
