I used Loan Depot to refinance my home. It all started with a card mailed to me and from that day it only took 3 weeks and it was so easy. I was very nervous about doing this, but they made me feel very confident and answered all my questions. From my very first phone call, I was happy with them.
Our experience during our refinance with Loan Depot, and in particular with our account representatives Brian Pugh and Gini Cordon, was exceptionally positive in every respect. Based upon our experience my wife and I can recommend the company without qualification - they were great.

Start to finish - The process was quick & easy. They had some knowledgeable people to help navigate the options of a Refinance. I've used them twice & would do so again if I ever need it. Highly recommend their services if you are in need. I normally stay away from business over the internet - but it went well.
